Construction Alert

The HOA Board has hired Superior Paving to replace the damaged sections of curbs and re-pave Brockton, Hartford, Radford and Yarmouth Courts.  The curb removal will begin Monday, August 21st and pour the new concrete either the same day or Tuesday, August 22nd.  The concrete will need time to cure so if your driveway has a section that is being replaced you MUST have your vehicles out of your garage and driveway Sunday night August 20th.  The Village has been made aware that vehicles will be parked on Russetwood Drive overnight beginning Sunday night through Friday September 1st.

Superior Paving will be re-paving Brockton, Hartford, Radford and Yarmouth Courts starting the week of Monday, August 28th.  This means ALL vehicles MUST be removed from Brockton, Hartford, Radford and Yarmouth Courts including the parking areas starting Sunday evening August 27th and you will not be able to drive on the Courts until Friday September 1st.  The Village has been made aware that vehicles will be parked on Russetwood Drive overnight beginning Sunday night the 20th through Friday September 1st.

All of this is weather permitting so exact dates may have to change.  Please also understand this work is being done to keep our community safe and looking great which directly affects our home values.  We understand this can be an inconvenience and we don’t like that any more than you do but this is a definite necessity and very much appreciate your patience.  If you have any questions please email tcorha@gmail.com.
